“All things are good here except the network. ”

“I booked the deluxe suite as we were 3 adults and the room was very spacious and comfortable. I have traveled a lot and it was the first time I experienced such a huge room for that price. They had kept the bathroom and toilets separate which was the best highlight”

“We had booked for 3 days especially for our marriage anniversary ocassion. But except 1st day both the remaining days were spoiled by the rude and quarrelsome attitude of the counter person Pratik Kadam. The reason being the Parking. Parking space is inadequate as out of 5 Parking spaces only 2 are independent, remaining 3 are one after another. So if yours is 1st vehicle then the 2 vehicles parked beside yours will have to be removed. This means vehicles have to be removed at any time and for this Mr. Pratik Kadam will disturb you at any given time without considering that we as guests have paid hefty for our pleasant stay. Mr. Pratik Kadam feels that whenever he will tell we should immediately oblige as if he is the owner and is giving us free stay. Basic principle of not disturbing guests unnecessary is lacking. Apart from the self claimed owner Mr Pratik Kadam, rest of the staff was cordial and even tried to make him understand regarding how to behave with guests. According to me such troublesome person should not be allowed to interact with guests as the purpose of hospitality gets hampered. And due to this guests' entire stay gets hampered without any mistake of them. I hope Agoda and indirectly Hotel owner will react positively after reading this feedback.”

“I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, which is a new establishment that boasts impressive standards. The rooms are well-appointed, and the surrounding natural beauty is truly breathtaking. The hotel's amenities, such as the swimming pool and kids' play area, are also noteworthy. However, I did notice a few drawbacks during my stay. The swimming pool, although aesthetically pleasing, is situated under a shaded area, making the water quite chilly. Unfortunately, this deterred my children from using the pool, as they found it too cold. Additionally, the kids' play area, which features a slide and swing located beneath a coconut tree, raised some safety concerns, as the hard surface below poses a risk of injury if someone were to fall. The service, unfortunately, was not up to par. Room service was slow, and the staff seemed to lack proactivity. On the second day, they failed to inquire about the room cleaning schedule or request the key, instead citing that we hadn't asked them or provided the key. Furthermore, our request for water bottles was not fulfilled, which was disappointing. Overall, while the hotel has potential, the service and attention to detail need significant improvement to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests.”

“The location of the resort is very good. The beach its just 5 min walk. What I felt is they are charging more compared the what they have offered. There are is swimming pool inside, and restaurant is also very small, not many options for food. I felt bit congested inside resort. They have charged like 4500 per night.. which i felt bit overpriced and could be right in range of 2000 to 2500. Staff is very good, cleanliness is there. Local options for breakfast are available. ”

“Very nice place to stay & budget friendly ”
