The rooms very clean and overall stay was better than expected. Definitely recommend

We had booked for 3 days especially for our marriage anniversary ocassion. But except 1st day both the remaining days were spoiled by the rude and quarrelsome attitude of the counter person Pratik Kadam. The reason being the Parking. Parking space is inadequate as out of 5 Parking spaces only 2 are independent, remaining 3 are one after another. So if yours is 1st vehicle then the 2 vehicles parked beside yours will have to be removed. This means vehicles have to be removed at any time and for this Mr. Pratik Kadam will disturb you at any given time without considering that we as guests have paid hefty for our pleasant stay. Mr. Pratik Kadam feels that whenever he will tell we should immediately oblige as if he is the owner and is giving us free stay. Basic principle of not disturbing guests unnecessary is lacking. Apart from the self claimed owner Mr Pratik Kadam, rest of the staff was cordial and even tried to make him understand regarding how to behave with guests. According to me such troublesome person should not be allowed to interact with guests as the purpose of hospitality gets hampered. And due to this guests' entire stay gets hampered without any mistake of them. I hope Agoda and indirectly Hotel owner will react positively after reading this feedback.

Very Good peaceful and safe for a overnight or weekend trip. Top floor restaurant with hillview scenary.

Considering the facility charges are very high. Free parking but it's so difficult. Worth choose other hotels with good parking place.

Good clean rooms Staff is cooperative Restaurant menu need to be enhance Complimentary breakfast has limited menu & need to be Surve early morning - not post 10 am
