“I like everything in this cozy guest house, but one thing I'm disappointed as the gate was locked from inside at around 9:30 pm which is very early hours in shillong, as we have to go out for dinner and we came back by 10:00 pm, and the big gate was closed, so we seek for the helper to open the gate, but there was no answer from anyone inside. We waited for half an hour outside the gate nearby the road and one good Samaritan came from the neighborhood by hearing our voices he told us that this gate usually locked in the early hours and most of the guest used to remain outside in the chilling weather. He helped us calling the helper by climbing the gate and finally the helper came to open the gate. ”

“Booked 2 rooms for 3guest including me but as per arrival we were forced to take the basement rooms as per the staff we booked the cheapest room on Agoda website, but while booking I made sure we get the room with view . After talking to the receptionist who was very rude and had no customer service etiquette she said you should have called us instead of booking online we don’t take responsibility for online booking. So after paying almost *** for 2 rooms for less than 12 hours we stayed in a single room with 3 beds. Without any empathy or any kind of solution provided by the hotel staff on top of that the receptionist told us it’s your wish to stay or not stay as we booked for 2 nights we left the next morning early as possible. Wasting money and time hoping for a good hotel stay with a good night sleep on your short travel schedule left a bitter taste while you’re on vacation with family ”
