Booked 2 rooms for 3guest including me but as per arrival we were forced to take the basement rooms as per the staff we booked the cheapest room on Agoda website, but while booking I made sure we get the room with view . After talking to the receptionist who was very rude and had no customer service etiquette she said you should have called us instead of booking online we don’t take responsibility for online booking. So after paying almost *** for 2 rooms for less than 12 hours we stayed in a single room with 3 beds. Without any empathy or any kind of solution provided by the hotel staff on top of that the receptionist told us it’s your wish to stay or not stay as we booked for 2 nights we left the next morning early as possible. Wasting money and time hoping for a good hotel stay with a good night sleep on your short travel schedule left a bitter taste while you’re on vacation with family

We were a group of 6 people. The rooms were not clean and we were not offered good room as well.
