Comfortable stay and very supportive staff service. The ambiance and surroundings are different from what is depicted in the picture

Booked 2 rooms for 3guest including me but as per arrival we were forced to take the basement rooms as per the staff we booked the cheapest room on Agoda website, but while booking I made sure we get the room with view . After talking to the receptionist who was very rude and had no customer service etiquette she said you should have called us instead of booking online we don’t take responsibility for online booking. So after paying almost *** for 2 rooms for less than 12 hours we stayed in a single room with 3 beds. Without any empathy or any kind of solution provided by the hotel staff on top of that the receptionist told us it’s your wish to stay or not stay as we booked for 2 nights we left the next morning early as possible. Wasting money and time hoping for a good hotel stay with a good night sleep on your short travel schedule left a bitter taste while you’re on vacation with family

Hi Agoda Team, I stayed at Hotel booked via Agoda. The experience was terrible: no tap water, dirty bathroom water, foul smell in room, very dirty pool with insects, spider webs in the room, and rude staff. I emailed you on the same day but got no response. Please resolve this

We booked executive rooms which are in the basement as per their information. Other basic rooms which maybe cost less having good balcony and view are apparently non executive. Felt duped.

So we booked a day less and they charged us for a master suite. Our room was booked for 2 PM and we were to travel early. They could have asked us to put the luggage in a single room for the time and we were not even staying at the hotel, but what they did was they put our luggage in 3 rooms and later charged us full for three rooms for a mere 5 hours and we were not even staying at the hotel.
