“We had a great stay at this hotel near Dabolim Airport. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the airport. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The facilities were well-maintained and we particularly enjoyed the hot water availability and reliable Wi-Fi. The cleanliness of the property was commendable. While the room size was a bit smaller than expected, it did not hinder our overall experience. The only downside was that the bed could have been more comfortable for a better night's sleep. However, considering the value for money, we would still highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and pleasant stay near the airport.”

“Good place to stay if you have to catch up flight next day , other wise all the beaches are quite far away almost 25 kms on both sides , North and South Goa Chef is amazing and food is delicious . Rooms are spacious , but had bad experience during stay . My room does not have fan . Owner should have knowledge about the temperature variance during day and night . Ac during December at night will give u chills and if you turn off AC you will sweat . Toilet was not cleaned properly I could see yellow and dirty stains at bottom of commode .not sure if this problem is for all the rooms or my room . Also felt little secluded during December when there is peak tourist season in goa and but could not see 3-4 guest staying in hotel .”

“I had booked deluxe rooms for 2 family and we had 2 little once. We reached the hotel on 9th early morning, but I had booked it from 8th coz of early check in issues. After seeing the rooms we where so embarassed by seeing the rooms it was smelling vry vry badly and rooms whr so small, exhaust fan in toilet was not working more over the rooms had lot of cockroach and baby lizards. We approach the staff to complaint but we where shocked with his statement and this was it " Madam our rooms doesn't look the same as it is showing in the app and they edit the image before uploading it in the website" and my wife called FAB customer care to report this issue and the IVR is allowing us to connect with service related issues. So we selected for new booking and den we spoke to the service executive we explained all the above issues thy asked us send an email for the inactive email id and again we spoke and sent a email their feedback id but the reply as again shocking "WE COULDN'T SEE ANY ISSUES WITH ROOMS" and asked us to connect with Agoda Customer care. And the Agoda agent asked us to wait for another hour to resolve this issue. And we whr on this process from 6:30am to 8:30am and we whr outside the property keeping these 2 little once in the temprature nothing worked out. So we learnt not to book the property through any of the booking platform. And this was the worst experience ever had. ”
