Hotel O Dewa Goa Hotel Near Dabolim Airport

We had a great stay at this hotel near Dabolim Airport. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the airport. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The facilities were well-maintained and we particularly enjoyed the hot water availability and reliable Wi-Fi. The cleanliness of the property was commendable. While the room size was a bit smaller than expected, it did not hinder our overall experience. The only downside was that the bed could have been more comfortable for a better night's sleep. However, considering the value for money, we would still highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and pleasant stay near the airport.

We booked 2 rooms for a night through agoda including breakfast for 6 people. When we went for checkin the manager told us that it’s only for 3 adults and we need to pay extra for 3 adults . When I showed him the email stating 6 people he agreed. Then when we went in the morning for breakfast he completely denied that its not included and we have to pay. He was not ready to see the email as well. The condition of the rooms were pathetic. Beds broken, linens pale yellow.and stained. The hotel smells bad. It was under renovation, they didn’t mention that as well. The rooms had lizard, cockroaches and bugs. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and they should close this hotel it’s a complete disappointment.

The room is so small that as soon as you enter it's over. I have a baby 1 year of age thankfully I carried my own bed sheet cause after asking them to change twice it was dirty all the time with dead cockroaches and other insects still stuck on the sheets. The washroom is very dirty and there are leakage from every water flow and the commode seat falls off. If you are a single guy and need to just spend the night for a connecting flight or so its manageable but still look for other option. Food was average but the price was above average. If you are travelling with family even without child DO NOT book this hotel, I repeat DO NOT!!
