However few improvements still to be done - rooms are too dull, more lights will make it better - curtains are not very privacy centered - television should be there, while i understand the sense of the owner of not having one. But no other facilities so for family entertainment tV can help - Room and Swim towels cab be better Pet friendly so great place. Food was awesome Ajay was very good Great staff Nicely priced. ”

“since the new manager is appointed at zostel kolad it has became the hell. and the new manager is the biggest reason behind it rest all staff is excellent and friendly and polite too. new manager has made our life hell at zostel kolad he is extremely arrogant, dominating, non cooperative and uses dadagiri language every time. it was my 5 th time at zostel kolad but this time it was the hell like experience. due to this never gonna visit zostel kolad until the manager is changed. completely waste of money and time instead better i donate that money”

“We wanted to explore New places and experiences in /around Mumbai and came up with Kolad. It was a lovely experience. We stayed at Nature Trails for a Night and really enjoyed the facilities there. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Caretaker Mr Vaibhav took us to nearby Waterfalls and he was very nice to us. We did River Rafting the next day and This resort is perfectly suited for the Rafting Site. I strictly recommend to book your trip for Kolad and stay here. Do not miss out the Rafting..it was awesome. 😎”
