since the new manager is appointed at zostel kolad it has became the hell. and the new manager is the biggest reason behind it rest all staff is excellent and friendly and polite too. new manager has made our life hell at zostel kolad he is extremely arrogant, dominating, non cooperative and uses dadagiri language every time. it was my 5 th time at zostel kolad but this time it was the hell like experience. due to this never gonna visit zostel kolad until the manager is changed. completely waste of money and time instead better i donate that money

Customer Service not good
The place can only be reached via boat run by Zostel. They only allow boat travel once during the trip. Very difficult to stay for trips longer than 1 night. Also, the service is not comparable to a hotel even if you take a room

We were travelling as a group as I stayed in zostel gokarna I was assured that it won't be disappointing and it didn't. It was quite had the vibe and we enjoyed a lot Cons: Food is overpriced for the quality No lights near pool area at night No light near the coriander which is kind of dark

Best Offbeat Gateaway for Friends and Office Group
I along with my 2 friends had visited this amazing place, it was my second visit to Zostel Kolad. Food - Superb and affordable. Location - Excellent. Amenities - Excellent, well maintained. Rooms - ok. Staff - Very courteous and helpful. Vibe - Great.

Had a great time there, met a lot of like minded people. Did fun activities in group. We also had Sachin sir who were involving everyone to do activities and hang out. Overall had a nice experience.
