“1. Rooms are not at all maintained, no cleanliness. 2. Travellers are alloted rooms randomly on 2nd or third floor with no lift facility. 3. My family could not sleep whole night because of mosquitos. 4. There was no help from hotel for even shifting luggage. 5. Would sincerely urge hotel authorities to seriously review the way they are managing the hotel. Presently it's in terrible shape. Wish I had not chosen this hotel. ”

“Good”

“The staff was really friendly and supportive, however the cleanliness wasn't properly maintained. The location is pretty close to the airport so it is a plus point.”

“the hotel is relatively new. room was clean. staff were cordial. it is on the road side, easily identifiable. lift available. ola is freely available. very good e-rickshaw network - you can call for one - reasonable rates. 10 minutes drive to the airport. we didnt have food in the hotel, so cannot comment. the hotel is in a busy area - transport nagar - be prepared for some traffic though we didnt face any because of the hours we stayed at the hotel. options for eateries around the hotel is limited. we had dinner 'Mourya Dhaba' in the middle of a transport hub, which is just a km away from the hotel. very nice food.”

“One f the best holiday Inn property I stayed”
