“FIRST THE POSITIVES:WE STAYED FOR 2 NIGHTS, THE BREAKFAST SPACE AS WELL AS BREAKFAST LAYOUT WAS VERY GOOD. LOCATION EXCELLENT. NEGATIVES: THE WINDOWS IN THE ROOM DONT HAVE SOUND PROOF GLASSES AND AT NIGHT YOU CONSTANTLY HEAR LOUD SOUND OF CARS AND HORN, FURTHER THERE WAS A FUNCTION THE NEXT MORNING SO THE DECORATOR WAS BUSY PREPARING THE MAKESHIFT FURNITURE FOR THE FUNCTION THE WHOLE NIGHT WHICH FURTHER CREATED NOISE THE ENTIRE NIGHT. NOISE PROOF GLASSES IS A BASIC REQUIREMENT WHICH ARE INSTALLED EVEN IN APARTMENTS THESE DAYS BY BUILDERS AND HOTEL OF THE NATURE AND REPUTE OF CLARKS AWADH NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THIS. SECONDLY WE WERE NOT GIVEN ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA BAG IN THE ROOM EVEN AFTER ASKING FOR THE SAME, ALTHOUGH THE SAME WAS AVAILABLE WITH THE HOTEL AT THE BREAKFAST. WE HAD TO BE CONTENT WITH ASSAM TEA IN ROOM.”

“Located in the heart of the city. Adjoining to the main attractions ”

“I recently stayed at Regnant Lucknow in a Club King room (single adult). The property itself is good and located in a prime area on Nirala Nagar IT College Road, making it very convenient for accessing key parts of the city. The room was neat, clean, and spacious, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, I would like to draw the attention of the management for better traing of their staff. No one to receive, lack of warmth at reception, poor service staff traing as in one of the occasion service staff squeezed in with fully loaded trays, making the already small space chaotic. However Mr. Jitendra who escorted me to the room was a decent person and was nice to talk too. Overall, it’s a good hotel but must work on guest experience. I’d recommend it for its location and comfortable rooms, but expect improved modest service by people.”

“The staff is not good. I booked another room and was given another room to stay in. And when I checked, it took a lot of time and the bill was given in someone else's name. When I check out, it was issued in my name but even after this, the bill was a different one, only the name was changed.”
