“**Genuine Review** First and foremost, don't get trapped by the pictures you see online. The property looks completely different in reality. It's being promoted as a "viral stay" by social media influencers, but that doesn't reflect the actual experience. When I checked in, the staff were not professional and didn't even know how to properly welcome guests. I had specifically requested a room on a higher floor, but instead of accommodating my request, the staff convinced me otherwise and assigned me an untidy room on the ground floor. **Facilities:** There was no telephone in the room, and the AC wasn't working due to heavy rain. The hotel also had no power backup, which made the entire night a nightmare. We barely slept until around 4:00 AM. After requesting assistance multiple times, they finally provided a table fan. **Food:** The food is extremely expensive. Even though this is a coastal destination, the seafood is overpriced. **Hotel Maintenance:** The hotel's event decorations and other property items were piled up right in front of the main entrance, making the place look messy and poorly maintained. There was also an unpleasant, stinky smell around the property. The only positive aspect of this stay was the beautiful beach view from the room and the hotel. Apart from that, everything else was disappointing. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone. ”

“The good things about hotel- very nice location and 1 km from beach, good food options at walking distance, restaurants near to this hotel. Room/bathroom are spacious. Staff members are good and helpful.. Bad points- food is really bad in this hotel's restaurant. Taste is not good at all and they have limited options. Even the morning breakfast is pathetic.. at least whatever limited options they have in menu they should have paid attention to that food items. None of the breakfast items were served hot..its cold and tasteless. Amenities- negative star rating for it. Swimming pool is not opened for swimming .. just for bar people ..pathetic. They didn't gave toothbrush kit, even tea/coffee kit, electric kettle, etc.. They gave mini fridge, hair dryer and locker in room but none of those items were working... so basically no Amenities in room.. and they claim they are 4 star hotel.. they don't deserve 4 star.. probably 1 or 2 star.. ”

“For the price point of 10k per night, the room was very tiny. Also there was an event happening in the hotel so loud music kept us awake till mid night. The staff are courteous and tried helping with the music but that didn't help much. The room was clean and food was decent. ”
