**Genuine Review** First and foremost, don't get trapped by the pictures you see online. The property looks completely different in reality. It's being promoted as a "viral stay" by social media influencers, but that doesn't reflect the actual experience. When I checked in, the staff were not professional and didn't even know how to properly welcome guests. I had specifically requested a room on a higher floor, but instead of accommodating my request, the staff convinced me otherwise and assigned me an untidy room on the ground floor. **Facilities:** There was no telephone in the room, and the AC wasn't working due to heavy rain. The hotel also had no power backup, which made the entire night a nightmare. We barely slept until around 4:00 AM. After requesting assistance multiple times, they finally provided a table fan. **Food:** The food is extremely expensive. Even though this is a coastal destination, the seafood is overpriced. **Hotel Maintenance:** The hotel's event decorations and other property items were piled up right in front of the main entrance, making the place look messy and poorly maintained. There was also an unpleasant, stinky smell around the property. The only positive aspect of this stay was the beautiful beach view from the room and the hotel. Apart from that, everything else was disappointing. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The worst ever experience…. The worst food…. Not clean at all…. Staffs behave blunt and clueless…. Foul smell in the washroom, rooms and overall the entire facility….

The location is right at the beach with stunning voews. Brilliantly designed rooms with superb decor. Botiquue resort with themed rooms. Ours was the Shanzelize suite room. Was spacious with great decor and a balcony with sea view
