“Very good stay. Staff very helpful and polite? ”

“One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are completely misleading and do not match what is advertised. There was no hot water during a chilly winter stay—even after waiting for over two hours. The staff was indifferent and showed no concern. Paying ₹3,400 per night for such poor conditions is unacceptable. This place falls far below basic hospitality standards and is only suitable for someone desperate enough to stay for a single night. There are far more better options available at this price. ”

“Hotel at good location, food is good, staff is supportive.. food is little costly but quantity & quality is good.. highly recommended...”

“Decent business hotel for a 1-2 nights in the city. But it needs proper sanitization and cleanliness. There are hugh mosquitos almost all over the hotel. That's not accepted at all. Blood stained bed sheets are anoter observation during the stay. Also, damaged electric sockets which were not repaired even requesting many times. The only reason I would give this a 3/5 star is for the excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. ”
