“The stay there was good, but the staff service was very poor. We had to ask for everything, even towels. We ordered dinner in the room, and the manager told us to give the complete order at once because they would not come a second time. They provided only one 1-liter water bottle for three people, and even normal drinking water was not available properly. Whenever we asked for anything, we did not receive proper responses. Otherwise, the property is well maintained. In the morning, we had to check out at 7:00 AM, but no staff was available. We kept calling for around 30 minutes, but no one answered the phone. In the end, we had to leave the key on the table and go. That was a very bad experience. ”
