“First the positives: 1. The staff is very cooperative. They are willing to help. 2. The restaurant is decent , providing buffet options for all meals. Negatives: 1. The rooms need some maintenance. The refrigerator in both the rooms we had booked were not working. 2. The curtains needed some element of overhauling as they looked torn. 3. The WiFI usage is a major problem as every day the code changes and you have to call the desk to get a new code. This is annoying and can be easily fixed as is done in many other properties. 4. The property is quite far from the Bhuj city and unless you have a private vehicle, it is difficult to travel to and from the city. The people at the desk took a lot of time to get back to me when enquired for airport dropping facility. And when they did, the price quoted was more than double of what was being offered by a travel operator based out of Bhuj city (The option I chose). ”

“Rooms were shabby and very small. Cost was high with literally no facilities. Unsupported staff, and no hot water facility in winters. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. As you will have a horrible stay.”

“Very clean facility”

“Property was good considering the options available in Bhuj. Had all the promised facilities and then some which made it a really comfortable stay. Slightly on the outskirts from Old Town in Bhuj which is where you’ll be if you’re exploring Bhuj. Perfect for business stays or stopovers for other parts of Gujarat. Staff is courteous, responsive and helpful. ”

“Good and comfortable hotel.the staff is helpfull.room was nice and clean”

“We stayed at The Sky Imperial Hotel Kailash, Jamnagar for one day on 9th August. The hotel and the room were excellent—clean, comfortable, well-maintained and had a good overall ambience. However, the service was very disappointing. Despite being in the hospitality/service industry, the staff did not appear sufficiently attentive towards guests. We had to wait for assistance, and the overall response from the staff was not up to the standard expected from a hotel of this category. I also noticed that some previous guests had mentioned similar concerns in their reviews, particularly regarding poor service and lack of attention. Unfortunately, it appears that the management has not taken adequate steps to address these recurring issues. The property itself is very good, and with better staff training, guest attention and service management, the hotel can provide a much better experience. Overall, the hotel and room were excellent, but the service quality needs considerable improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback positively and works on improving the guest experience.”
