“good location, good food, very secluded, no other activities to do around, boring for seniors and young kids, housekeeping was average”

“Have the best views, kitchen manager and team is courteous, attentive, warm, serve meals hot, which is good! Food overall was excellent. That said one of the staff member informed that breakfast & dinner are complimentary, but I was still charged at the checkout, felt a bit unfair, but at the end of the day, my room plan didn't have meals included but information like this should be communicated correctly at the start! Construction is happening and hence debris is lying which is understandable, but you're still paying full price! In room bathroom/toilet looked below par, unclean, needs improvement. Hotel lobbies looked unorganized. Had high expectations the way it was reviewed but I would say it wasn't well maintained at this point! Still a nice hotel to stay!”

“I want to highlight few points. 1) Room was decent, price was good, cleanliness was good, we enjoyed bonfire in night. 2) Charged 400 extra for heater. 3) Didn’t give our driver a staff room to sleep, demanded extra money for driver accommodation. 4) Prices of food are costly.”

The hosts, a warm family, made us feel right at home, and the village atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were comfortable, blending traditional mud architecture with modern amenities. However, it’s important to keep in mind that the village is quite remote, far from the main road, and there are no shops nearby. If your vehicle breaks down or you get a puncture, you’ll need to travel several kilometers to find repair facilities. It is best to come with a bike that has tubeless tyres, so small punctures can be managed easily. Network connectivity is limited, with only Jio service working reliably, and Wi-Fi can be unstable at times. Food options are also limited, but the essentials are available. The climb to the property is steep and can be physically demanding, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. That said, the local community is supportive and kind, and the natural surroundings are truly remarkable.”
