“Location: 2/5 Staff: 2/5 Behaviour: 3/5 Amenities: 2/5 Cleanliness: 3/5 Food: 2/5 Value for money: 1/5 I stayed there for 2 days in Mountain View room and that was the only plus otherwise ignore it like railway toilet. No toiletries rolls, toiletries, commode wouldn't flush half of the times. Tangmarg main taxi stand is far so you have to arrange cab atleast a night before. Staff is totally unprofessional. 2 of them boys were always drunk. In entire 2 days I got to see the manager only 3 times. Staff is unable to fulfill your demands on time. Hot water absent most of the time. Infact water itself was absent half of the time. The manager kept saying "sir, you're my guest. So don't worry I'll arrange a bucket of water for you to flush" and blamed onto the other guests. Below average food. Asked for hot chocolate, he gave me hot milk with bournvita in it. Onion pakora, used too much cornflour. Fried rice, a mess. Asked for Matar-Paneer, they gave Tomato-Paneer saying earlier is not available. At the time of booking, I payed 4 and half thousand INR but the room should be priced at 1 thousand per night”
