“Loved the shower , the staff Lynn, the Filipinas the desk people . Great gym. Nice pool . Big white thick towels . But no room service . Next to a restaurant that is pretty loud so I went to a higher floor . Bed was comfortable . I don’t like shampoo and soaps that are in a large dispenser attached to the wall. But you’re in the middle of a ton of delicious restaurants and nice stores . ”

“I have booked my reservation from agoda, that included vat. The hotel charged me additional fees for vat in claim that my vat didn't have sufficient pay in my reservation, at agoda site. I suffered a long and terrible debate at check in why I was charged twice in response it was explained to me that I need to reach out with the site and not the hotel responsibility ”

“We booked this hotel for a family stay, expecting comfort and basic hospitality. Instead, we were repeatedly denied services that we had already paid for, including breakfast for our family, and faced undisclosed restrictions (beware: the pool is 18+ only, although this is not disclosed anywhere on Agoda or the hotel’s website). Clean towels were not provided, housekeeping left trash and bottles in the bathroom, and for two nights our room had no electricity or AC. Staff interactions were not just unhelpful but at times openly rude and humiliating, including shouting at and refusing entry to an elderly wheelchair-bound guest in our party. What should have been a simple, comfortable week turned into a stressful and degrading experience. There are far better options nearby — I would definitely not recommend this property.”
