“I have booked my reservation from agoda, that included vat. The hotel charged me additional fees for vat in claim that my vat didn't have sufficient pay in my reservation, at agoda site. I suffered a long and terrible debate at check in why I was charged twice in response it was explained to me that I need to reach out with the site and not the hotel responsibility ”

“ it's a high rise but only up to 4th floor for hotel rooms.. Needs some upkeep. No restaurant except breakfast buffet in am was good. Parking spaces ran out in building so we had to find our own. Our AC didn't work well. Had two rooms and the other did work well. Walked awhile to get to good restaurants as only Benedict and a pizza place are near. Pool and beach are wonderful so if that's what you want you found it here. ”

“סגרנו את המלון כמה חודשים מראש. כשהגענו לחדר הופתענו לגלות שיש שטיחים מקיר לקיר ולא רק מתחת למיטה (יש לנו אלרגיה לאבק). המצעים היו יחסית מלוכלכים אז היינו צריכים להמתין שיחליפו אותם וזה היה קצת לא נעים. הנקיון סביר. המיזוג מייבש. עשינו עיסוי בספא והוא היה בין הגרועים שעשינו. במיטות שיזוף מסביב לבריכה השמשיות לא ניתנות להזזה ככה שלא מה שנה מה עושים אי אפשר באמת להיות בצל. הארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד ומגוונת, אך הנקיון קצת ירוד. לא ניתן לגשת ישירות מהחניון למלון שזה ממש הזוי צריך לעשות סיבוב עם המזוודות. יש ירידה לים ישירות מהמלון שזה מאוד נחמד. כל הסביבה של המלון כרגע בשיפוצים בגלל העבודות של הרכבת הקלה. יש הרבה מסעדות קרובות וטובות בסביבה של עד 10-15 דקות נסיעה או הליכה והאזור הכללי יחסית שקט וקרוב לנמל. בשורה התחתונה אין תמורה מספקת בכלל ביחס למחיר.”

“We booked this hotel for a family stay, expecting comfort and basic hospitality. Instead, we were repeatedly denied services that we had already paid for, including breakfast for our family, and faced undisclosed restrictions (beware: the pool is 18+ only, although this is not disclosed anywhere on Agoda or the hotel’s website). Clean towels were not provided, housekeeping left trash and bottles in the bathroom, and for two nights our room had no electricity or AC. Staff interactions were not just unhelpful but at times openly rude and humiliating, including shouting at and refusing entry to an elderly wheelchair-bound guest in our party. What should have been a simple, comfortable week turned into a stressful and degrading experience. There are far better options nearby — I would definitely not recommend this property.”
