I suffered a long and terrible debate at check in why I was charged twice in response it was explained to me that I need to reach out with the site and not the hotel responsibility ”

“ it's a high rise but only up to 4th floor for hotel rooms.. Needs some upkeep. No restaurant except breakfast buffet in am was good. Parking spaces ran out in building so we had to find our own. Our AC didn't work well. Had two rooms and the other did work well. Walked awhile to get to good restaurants as only Benedict and a pizza place are near. Pool and beach are wonderful so if that's what you want you found it here. ”
