“We enjoyed our visit and would happily go back. Staff were all friendly. Room was clean and comfortable with beautiful view of the mountain. The swimming pool was a let down. We specifically booked this hotel because of the pool, but it was dirty, full of floating bits/probably moss or algae, which means the pH of the water isn’t right, changed or filtered or treated regularly. For the price point and considering the limited supply in Singkawang, I would recommend, but don’t go if you are choosing based on the swimming pool. ”

“Very disappointing experience. The supervisor displayed poor manners and was not helpful. The check-in and check-out process was not smooth and felt disorganized. The bed sheets were not changed, and the room cleanliness was unacceptable. The TV and water heater were not functioning, and the air conditioner temperature could not be adjusted. Additionally, there were numerous lizard droppings in the room, indicating poor maintenance.”

“Overall Experience: Overall, our stay was good, especially the facilities—they are well-maintained and enjoyable. This was my second stay in this round, and I really liked the view as well. Room: The room was comfortable, though there’s some room for improvement. The pillowcases and bedsheets had unremovable stains, and some corners were a bit dusty, but overall still acceptable. Pool: The pool was nice, though floats need to be rented. Mosquitoes: There were quite a few mosquitoes, so bringing mosquito repellent is recommended. Breakfast: On the first day, breakfast was served buffet style. On the second day, with fewer guests, it was served a la carte, offering options for main dishes—mee goreng, nasi goreng ayam, and another dish—along with kuih-muih. Each guest also received a cup of coffee or tea, a glass of watermelon juice, and a cup of plain water. The watermelon juice on the second day did not taste fresh as the first day, but we were too shy to inform the staff since coffee and mineral water were also provided. A small suggestion: it might be helpful if staff close the food lids when no one is around, as birds were eating rice and other food at the display area while no guests were present, and tiny insects were flying over the pudding/jelly and fruits. Summary: Despite minor issues like room cleanliness, mosquitoes, and breakfast presentation, our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. We appreciated the facilities and the beautiful view, and would still consider returning.”

Dengan budget booking di aplikasi under 200k-an, kita udh dapat fasilitas lumayan lengkap; Parking area utk mobil dan motor, area dilengkapi CCTV jadi lebih aman, toilet di dalam, shower panas dan dingin dan seperangkat alat mandi, Wifi, AC, TV digital, lemari besar + gantungan baju, meja kursi, bahkan rak sepatu, dispenser panas dingin, bed empuk, tempat sampah ada di luar dan dalam kamar, lokasi penginapan tenang namun dekat dengan pusat kota Singkawang. So, ini merupakan penginapan yang sangat rekomended utk yang ingin menginap di singkawang.”
