“Feedback on Lift Emergency Response During Power Outage I would like to formally share a concerning experience I encountered during my stay, specifically related to an incident involving the lift during a power outage. At the time of the incident, I was inside a lift which came to a stop on the 5th floor. Shortly after, the lift moved downward slightly for a few seconds before the backup power system was activated. This situation was understandably distressing, as it involved a temporary loss of control and uncertainty regarding passenger safety. While I appreciate that an apology was extended, my primary concern lies with the lack of timely and effective response to the emergency call from within the lift. In situations of this nature, a prompt and reassuring response is critical, and unfortunately, this was not adequately experienced. For your reference, the lift involved was the far-right lift when accessing from the Ground Floor. Moving forward, I strongly encourage the management to review and improve the following: Emergency response protocols for lift incidents Responsiveness to in-lift emergency calls Reliability and transition timing of backup power systems Overall safety procedures to ensure guest protection during unforeseen events This feedback is shared in the spirit of constructive improvement, with the hope that future guests will not encounter a similar situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I trust that necessary improvements will be made. ”
