My friend and I were heartened by the simple luxury of the rooms but the real gem of Rostika is the location which can be enjoyed in all areas of the hotel. The hotel is probably slightly understaffed for size but the team works hard. Thank You. I will return.”

If you stay here, they will provide you with a lanyard that identifies you to qualify for cheaper pricing structure of the entrance ticket to the waterfall, at IDR30,000 instead of IDR150,000 for daytrippers. As for the waterfall itself, it is out of this world!”

“I visit this place last year December. The place was not maintained properly, room is ok and the food was not bad. For the price i don’t complain, but there was one person who looked after the place and this guy was amazing. Very kind and hospitable person always with a smile. ”

“Most rewarding stays, the guest house is also managing the waterfall facilities hence ask for a badge which will grant you heavy discount on entry if you’re going to see the waterfalls. The food at hotel is much better than at the waterfall restaurant, highly recommended.”

“While I enjoy my time in this cabin. I wouldn’t advice people to come here cause even tho the lady from my place told me I don’t need to pay for a guide, a guy chased me down for 8 min asking me where I was staying and insisting I must pay him otherwise he won’t let me enter the waterfall. A full on harassment. I asked him to stop but he wouldn’t. Then I got to the place and lots of men insisted I had to pay or they wouldn’t let me in so I paid and to my horror, there is lots of rubbish and the guides smoke and throw their cigarette there on the ground. I recommend aling aling where Nobody forces you or follow you and you can simply pay for the waterfall and the whole complex is well kept and super clean. And if you decide to pay for the guide it’s only 125k and includes jumping and slide!! All for the same price! Which means Fiji and Sekumpul are highly overpriced. It’s a shame because Ayu was a great host but there is no reason to go there if you are gonna be treated this way. ”
