“Straight up I will say I made my reservation acknowledging that no refund would be given if I didn't show. I didn't show and no refund was given. So the hotel did do everything right and honestly not my criticism. Mostly disappointed because it was beyond my control to not make it to the hotel and they still wouldn't consider even a partial refund. I was to arrive for one night but my ferry was cancelled. I had not way to get to the hotel outside of spending my day on ferries and arriving late. It's unfortunate that this wasn't taken into consideration. Still fair on their part, I did agree to pre-pay. just seriously disappointed as this was something I couldn't control That said, total kudos to Agoda for trying to work with the hotel on my behalf. ”
