“I have been staying at this hotel for the past three years and have always enjoyed my experience, which is why I continue to come back. This year, however, I was disappointed because I specifically booked a room with a balcony but was assigned a room without one. I reported the issue to the receptionist, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked due to the peak holiday season, so they were unable to offer me room with balcony. I hope the hotel improves its booking management to prevent similar situations in the future.”
