“I arrived early with my family. They offered a room that was an upgrade and ready immediately. On top of that the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, helping us figure out all of our needs. ”

“The hotel was lovely and the room was spacious and well decorated. The staff on check in and out were lovely and the location felt very safe. My only downside is that I tried to email to book a hotel transfer from the shelley but did not get a response in time. But jt was ok as I could get an uber very easily. ”

“Everything is close, you hve mny intetesting places at walking distance. Free parking lot is great! But beware, it is a very noisy hotel. It's close to yhe airport,so there's lots of air traffic noise. Also, we went on the weekend, so the noise from parties was very loud..”

“Staff - 10/10 Bed comfort - 10/10 Location - 10/10 Included breakfast - 7/10 (it’s ok) Small issues - my room key didn’t work on arrival so I had to go back down and get a new one. The safe in the room wasn’t working and needed to be fixed. There was no shampoo so I just used soap to wash my hair. The hot water fluctuates constantly from cold to VERY hot so be careful or you will burn yourself. Value for money is ok but with the issues I had was a bit overpriced. I would probably stay here again for the bed, location and very nice staff. Overall I would rate it 7.5-10. ”
