“The hotel is a really good option for visiting the lake. The grounds are beautiful! And the staff was fabulous! Julio was the best! Beds were too firm for my liking but that’s just my preference. It’s a little bit of outside the main town but you can get transportation from the hotel to town. The food was on the pricey side (comparable to US prices) but you can always go in town if you want cheaper. I would still recommend this hotel. ”

“We spent three wonderful nights at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with transportation to and from Guatemala City or arrange day trips, such as to Chichicastenango. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the facilities are clean and well maintained. There are two pools, with one of them being a thermal water one. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food with solid options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with excellent drinks. The hotel is just a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride from Panajachel. We highly recommend it and would gladly return the next time we're in the Lake Atitlán area. ”

“This is a gorgeous exclusive resort with the most amazing gardens and views of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos across the lake. The two restaurants are top tier and world class with beautiful views in addition. The suites are very spacious and the service includes experiences such as a pillow menu, a water color painting kit, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and more. We will hate to leave this oasis.”

“For Panajachel area, I would rate it 5 star. Its a bit noisy every evening until midnight, but if you want to stay in this area, theres no getting around it.”
