“Staff went above and beyond. They were so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is outside the old town, so I’d recommend a taxi if you’re out after dark (near hotel not suitable for women to walk alone at night in my opinion) but during the day you’re a few minutes walk from the buses and it’s fine. Nice room. I was at Hellenic Med University for the week so this hotel was a bit nearer and on the correct bus route.”

“The Good: The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are very clean, the staff is exceptionally nice and accommodating, and the location is geographically excellent. You are right next to Lions Square in the heart of Heraklion, which makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. The Drawback: The only issue is the specific street the hotel is located on, which feels quite hostile and intimidating for Israeli or Jewish tourists. At the entrance to the street, there is a prominent sign reading "HERAKLION ANTIZIONIST ZONE." Beyond that, almost every wall along the street is covered in graffiti, including red triangles, "Free Palestine," and "death to the IDF" slogans. While the staff inside the hotel is great, having to walk down this specific street at night felt scary and uncomfortable. Overall: Other than the unsettling political atmosphere on the street outside, everything inside the hotel was completely fine and we had a good stay.”

“服務親切熱情，裝潢精緻，早餐豐盛，地點極佳，門口附近即有公車站，走路五分鐘到考古博物館，10分鐘到熱鬧逛街區域，房間又可遠眺港口，非常值得推薦！”

“Very Clean, very comfortable! ”
