“Breakfast was exceptional, air is clean, staff was very helpful, very welcoming. Unfortunately, I have to leave a big but here, the mattess were so firm you might just consider sleeping on the floor. I think because the mattress was so old. They have flipped it but the reverse side was not meant to be slept on at all.”

“I took one orthopedic and one silicone pillow with me to the hotel because I have a neck hernia. We forgot to take our pillows while we were leaving from the hotel. We went to Kavala on 9th July, remembered about our pillows when we arrived Airotel Galaxy. I requested from the reception to call Wyndham Thraki and they noted our situation and said to help us when we go back to Alexandroupoli. We went back to Wyndham Thraki on 12th July and requested to give our pillows to us from reception. They said that they haven’t find any pillows so that they do not have anything to give us. We have waited half an hour at the reception but they absolutely did not want to help us and our pillows were stolen by this hotel staff. I have stayed many Wyndham hotels before but this should be the worst hotel in Wyndham Hotels chain.”

“The hotel is located in a very good location where you can park and access the beach on foot, or drive to nearby beaches or the city center. The staff is helpful and the rooms were super clean. However, the conversion from an apart to a hotel room didn't happen in all areas. We had 2 rooms on different blocks, one with an older style with a kitchen and another one much more modern. The balconies were useful. The breakfast definitely needs some improvement both in variety and presentation, but overall it's a good deal for the price paid.”

“Basic but value for money. Very comfy bed, fridge, excellent wifi. Toiletries and plenty of towels. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Coffee was very good too. The staff were very welcoming. They seem to be renovating some rooms. Great location for travelling. Only 6 mins drive to town where there are many restaurants. Large car park. We'll definitely stay again.”
