“They responded to my messages seeking assistance a day late and were unhelpful. The hostel owner knocked on my door at 8:00 PM with a security guard with negative attitude, asked me if I needed anything, and then left without a word. Obviously I was not welcomed. Renovating a building into a hostel doesn't necessarily mean you are a hotel manager. You have to get education about it, you need to be hospitable.”

“We have stayed here many times. The staff is great. The location is very close to the city center but there is very limited parking space in front of the hotel. The standard room is convenient for short stays. The superior room is more spacious and comfortable, I would prefer it next time. Breakfast is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Breakfast was exceptional, air is clean, staff was very helpful, very welcoming. Unfortunately, I have to leave a big but here, the mattess were so firm you might just consider sleeping on the floor. I think because the mattress was so old. They have flipped it but the reverse side was not meant to be slept on at all.”

“I took one orthopedic and one silicone pillow with me to the hotel because I have a neck hernia. We forgot to take our pillows while we were leaving from the hotel. We went to Kavala on 9th July, remembered about our pillows when we arrived Airotel Galaxy. I requested from the reception to call Wyndham Thraki and they noted our situation and said to help us when we go back to Alexandroupoli. We went back to Wyndham Thraki on 12th July and requested to give our pillows to us from reception. They said that they haven’t find any pillows so that they do not have anything to give us. We have waited half an hour at the reception but they absolutely did not want to help us and our pillows were stolen by this hotel staff. I have stayed many Wyndham hotels before but this should be the worst hotel in Wyndham Hotels chain.”

“The hotel is located in a very good location where you can park and access the beach on foot, or drive to nearby beaches or the city center. The staff is helpful and the rooms were super clean. However, the conversion from an apart to a hotel room didn't happen in all areas. We had 2 rooms on different blocks, one with an older style with a kitchen and another one much more modern. The balconies were useful. The breakfast definitely needs some improvement both in variety and presentation, but overall it's a good deal for the price paid.”

“We stayed 2 days at Sofia Apartment. The lady who welcomed us was very kiind. The room was clean, AC were working well. The only negative part was the sound isolation was not good. You can hear footsteps of the neighbors. ”
