“I’d have rated 5/5 but the restaurant receptionist really pissed me off with her racial issues! Other than that, the place was really beautiful and totally worth it. My fav was the stable and small bridges and OFCOURSE the breakfast was fabulous!”

“Came from Dubai to Georgia for already 3rd time and each time I explored different hotels. The hotel is located in a fascinating spot, with a breathtaking view of Alazan Valley and the lake and the mountains from the other. Couldnt imagine a better spot for a hotel. Amazing nature. The hotel’s design is quite modern; the rooms are big enough with all the necessities provided, including a coffee machine, fridge, etc. There may be some minor comments on the maintenance, but it is okay and acceptable for a 4-star hotel. The biggest disappointment came from the food and service. Breakfasts were good. But dinners! Staff have a language barrier or do not understand English properly, which caused tons of confusion and made me drive to the city looking for a power plug adaptor, which was available, but the receptionist said it was not. It's the same story with the food orders in the restaurant. Lots of mistakes. But the most horrible 2 were: 1. super dry pork barbeque, extremely salted, which we refused to eat but still were charged for; 2. A sticker inside the mashed potato (the one they use in the kitchen to mark expiry date, etc.), this one we weren’t charged for. The food, in general, was not tasty… They charge a premium price, the same as top restaurants in Tbilisi while serving something close to village food, which is eatable but does not deserve to be called a premium restaurant food. And what to say about the stickers inside the meal … yes… the food was the biggest disappointment; unfortunately, there are no alternative restaurants nearby. ”

“酒店设施好，房间干净舒适，餐食美味，但酒店位置有点偏，离市中心比较远，如果不开车的话不太建议，另外酒店的网络状况有点不好，网络较慢。在Agoda预定并完成了支付，但酒店的前台收系统内一直显示我未支付，只能现场查看并拍照agoda订单来确认，好在全程前台工作人员的态度都很好，帮忙解决了问题。”
