“The Boleyn hotel was bright, clean, and well equipped. My family room was large, especially the bathroom. It felt well maintained and decorated throughout. My only criticism was the sound insulation. I could hear the next room through the wall, all too easily. And planes over head were not muddled by the double glazing either. The breakfast room air-conditioning, located in the floor below my room, woke me up on both mornings I stayed. On the other hand, food was excellent. Freshly made to order and well stocked for breakfast. The staff were very helpful friendly and diligent. I would recommend the hotel but bring ear plugs! ”

“Booked a room with river view, on arrival was given room with car park view, queried and was told there was no river view rooms left and to request a refund on price difference, was then told there was one. Both rooms that I was in were fine, clean etc, however "River View" is certainly a stretch due to trees blocking the view, you got a glimpse at best, maybe only advertising River View during Autumn/Winter would be more accurate”
