“Great staff, location & grounds. Very noisy disco from wedding down the corridor made worse by doors left open. Also noisy breakfast staff at 6-30 am. Damp mouldy ceiling in our room. Would I stop again? Yes but I'd ask for a quiet room upstairs.”

Cubley Hall
Cubley Hall
“Cubley is a comfortable place to stay: the facilites are pleasant, with warm showers, clean sheets and towels and quiet rooms despite being quite cramped. The heating in winter is hot hot hot but it's better than the freezing cold outside. Breakfast is great value and a nice addition. If you need a reliably pleasant place to stay on the edge of the Peak District, you could do a lot worse than Cubley. ”
