“We booked the family room. It was quite spacious and the room was very tidy and nicely designed upon arrival. There were tea/coffee packets and a kettle, good mini fridge, and thoughtful welcome brochure. The room is situated above the lounge so you do need to use a white noise machine or television to mask the patrons below, if that type of noise is a bother. Nothing rowdy, the walls are thin.
I’d like to see a thoughtful improvement of toiletries moving forward and move to a refill body soap and shampoo system instead of the one use but otherwise, looking forward to staying again. Easy checking in and out process.
