“A very disorganised check in with staff not being able to find our details on their records, when they did we were asked to pay AGAIN, when I said we had paid online it was disputed and I had to find my payment conformation email as proof, then we were very unfriendly shown to our room, in the morning nothing was open, everything locked and no staff to be seen, wouldn’t stay again or recommend. ”
