랭커스터 잉글톤 오픈 에어 히티드 풀 근처 추천 호텔, 숙소 베스트 10

“Requires a deep clean, the stairs are too steep, there is no lift and the staff are too busy running the bar. Not very helpful about where to park. Although One staff was helpful when he carried my 80 year old Mom’s suitcase up to the room. There is no free parking. Lancaster has poor shopping and poor restaurant choices. ”

“These is the 3rd hotel we stay in UK within this trip (Sep-Oct 23] Would say this is one of the best hotel we stay. Few things to compliment the property operator for keeping the property clean, nice and cozy. The both staff (Diana and Ella) who serve us breakfast every morning were excellent and demonstrating great hospitality. We thank them for their friendliness! And environment is so peaceful with nice bliss from the river. One small area for improvement:- The twin-sharing bed was extremely small. May be it should be upgraded for better customer experience! ”

“I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived to have to drive my car through a gated property which immediately installed me with the feeling of a secure car park for the evening unlike other hotels. On entering the building it was warm and refreshing and the reception was very welcoming. The room itself however was a significant let down as due to the wet weather the radiators needed to be switched on and as the room warmed up so did the horrible wet dog smell from the carpet in the bedroom. It was obvious that a dog had recently been in that room however Gio was very accommodating and moved us room to a luxury suite. This was smaller than our apartment but at least it did not smell. The disappointing issue with this room is it states on the website it is a king bed when actually its two twin beds with a double fold over the middle. However having been re roomed already i did not not want to raise anything further as i just wanted to sleep and relax. The highlight of the stay was the spa facilities they were a credit to the hotel very clean and refreshing lovely pool and jacuzzi as well as a hot steam room and sauna. Overall a beautiful place but please be more considerate to people that do not own animals as the smell in the room was just not good. ”

“This was my fourth stay here. I always choose this place whenever I visit Lancaster. The fast check-in and check-out are very convenient, especially when travelling. In the evening, it’s nice to enjoy some pub food downstairs, and the breakfast is excellent. Since there is a pub below the rooms, it can be a little lively on weekend nights, but it didn’t bother me much. I would definitely love to stay here again next time I come to Lancaster.”
