“Beautiful building albeit some wear and tear on the decor, grounds lovely - have you thought of having loungers as I would have been quite happy to lay there for a few hours but only chairs, gym facilities good- shame the pool was out of use, breakfast was excellent … staff warm and friendly I was however disappointed to find my early telephone call and request to decorate the room for my partners 40th birthday was not fulfilled so we arrived to nothing special… this was hugely disappointing … perhaps recording mechanisms need to be improved… ”
