“Last minute booking for a couples night away.Weather was lovely so sitting in the beer garden overlooking the River was really nice.Restaurant food was just ok and had to ask for cutlery and condiments ( felt the staff were in training),however breakfast was very good and plentiful.Room was also nice although sockets were situated in odd places and we only had x1 set of towels ( we didnt request more).Have to drive if you want to go to a pub or shop nothing in walking distance.Stopped off in Corbridge on the way home which was lovely.”
