“Had a lovely overnight stay here in the lake hut named Cowslip. A magical place and view! The kitchen needs more cooking equipment like a frying pan, some oven gloves, a sharp knife, and a hand towel. These are small things I know! Both tv’s come on in the lounge and bedroom when you turn one on. The shower squirted sideways. Breakfast was a bit unorganised and not much hot food and no hot plates. Should be help yourself to tea and coffees. Waited for butter and yoghurt as had run out. Staff need to smile more. ”
