“I had high hopes for the hotel. Initially the shower didn’t push water out the shower head good enough it seemed quite slow. The toilet in the bathroom barely flushed. At the end of the day the only thing that I was satisfied with was the bed. The staff were helpful at the time locating my booking and they were also courteous. After my stay here, I’d like a full refund as the functionality of the hotel room was not good as a whole. ”
