“Was situated in what I was led to believe was a 'quiet' room. At 6am the laundry turnaround from a lorry with a hydraulic lift started. Carts being loaded and unloaded. I had arrived the night before after an 8 hour drive, I needed a long sleep. This did not have it. Disappointed that this room was located opposite the laundry, bins, and some kitchens. Gutted that my visit will most likely be my last, it is usually my stopping point after a long drive to see my family in Sussex. I had requested a quiet room, higher floor knowing the layout of the hotel and after staying many times.”

“I was booking accommodation close to mum, I was a bit surprised I was not at my usual Travel lodge. I found out I had booked at another travel lodge across the road at Fontwell . Whilst on this occasion worked out well( the other Fontwell travel lodge, car park as flooded). Only hesitancy with using Agoda to book stay, was how do I check which one I have ended up booking, ”

“The room was basic with tea and coffee supplies. A shower over the bath tub. Thankfully the shower curtain rail was curved so you didn't end up with it sticking to you like cling film. We didn't see any details about WiFi, but had our mobiles so didn't need to make use of it. TV in room with multiple channels. We arrived late Sunday evening so had to check in with the pub staff. There are no lifts so if you have heavy luggage be warned.”
