“Fantastic little charming hotel in the best location, right in the middle of the old town. Rooms are tiny but more than adequate, with modern bathrooms fitted within. Private parking is right next to the building, so very convenient. What really made the stay was the team. Every single team member we encountered was extremely friendly and spoke English very well! Special thanks to Alexandre who checked us in, later arranged a baby cot for our son, and then also turned out to be our bartender for a cold drink, all with a lot of warmth! If you look for something in Riquewihr, don’t look anywhere else!”

“This hotel is in an excellent spot. The room was nice and it was clean. But from the moment I entered it, I was treated rudely. I had just driven for 4 hours and just wanted to park my car and check in. Their reserved parking is in an obscure little corner away from the hotel. They gave me a map, which I couldn't hold and read while driving. One road was blocked for construction. I tried to find it but failed. When I went back to the hotel for help, I was told that 100 other people had found it ... like that helped me. That comment only made me feel stupid and I know I am not. I was just 6000 miles from home, in a town with twisting roads without names on them, tired, and treated poorly. I loved Riquewihr and the location of the hotel is the best. But I never spoke another word with the man at reception. I didn't need to be insulted any more.”
