This hotel is in an excellent spot. The room was nice and it was clean. But from the moment I entered it, I was treated rudely. I had just driven for 4 hours and just wanted to park my car and check in. Their reserved parking is in an obscure little corner away from the hotel. They gave me a map, which I couldn't hold and read while driving. One road was blocked for construction. I tried to find it but failed. When I went back to the hotel for help, I was told that 100 other people had found it ... like that helped me. That comment only made me feel stupid and I know I am not. I was just 6000 miles from home, in a town with twisting roads without names on them, tired, and treated poorly. I loved Riquewihr and the location of the hotel is the best. But I never spoke another word with the man at reception. I didn't need to be insulted any more.
