“I became extremely unwell during my stay and ultimately had to return to Australia, where I was admitted to hospital. During what was a very frightening and difficult time, the care, kindness and respect shown to me by the hotel staff was exceptional. Even after we had already changed the dates of our booking, my condition continued to deteriorate and we eventually had no choice but to cancel the remainder of our stay and return home. The staff could not have been more understanding. They did everything they could to assist us and treated me with genuine compassion at a time when I was extremely unwell. I am incredibly grateful for the way we were treated and cannot speak highly enough of the staff and their customer service. Sadly, my experience with Agoda was completely different. Despite the seriousness of the circumstances, Agoda made no attempt to contact me or offer any meaningful assistance. This was particularly disappointing given that the hotel itself went out of its way to help us. My sincere thanks to the hotel staff for their kindness, professionalism and compassion. Their support during such a difficult situation will not be forgotten.”

“Location, facilities, cleanliness are great however when I having issue and need to talk to someone, there is no reception that I can have a word. From very beginning, the owner sent me a email with all the doors's access code, but he didn't informed me my room number. There are 3 levels with 5 or 6 rooms , so I have to try the code on each of the room key safe box!!this is ridiculous! everything is fine once I got my room but I can heard someone tried to using the key safe box at 4 am!! 4 am!! How could this happened?when I was leaving the room at 10am, found out my key safe box was opened . I wrote a message to informed the owner my concern and informed them I just checked out. 10min later, I am not feeling too well and sent a message to informed them I will return back to stay in the room for a little bit longer. I was bumped into the domestic staffs who finishes the routine cleaning and she started getting very mad at me. She rang the owner and using the Google translate saying"it's your fault that u leave the key in the key safe box"! Emh...sorry, what do u mean my fault ?? We got a bit of communication issue and the way she shown is very rude, very unfriendly and unhelpful! When I told the lady that I need to find the reception and talk to someone, she was on the phone talking with the owner when I shown her the message. I can clearly heard the owner was laughing on the phone which you feel like he don't really bother. He did reply my message through email saying how can you not feeling safe because there was 8 CCTV cameras monitoring 24/7. Well....I am asking how could someone trying to access my key safe box at 4 am and my key safe box was opened!! I was returned to Limoges on 30Apr and choose to stay in a hotel room but avoid this accommodation again. ”
