VILLA VLAS - Chambre d'Hôte - Limoges

Location, facilities, cleanliness are great however when I having issue and need to talk to someone, there is no reception that I can have a word. From very beginning, the owner sent me a email with all the doors's access code, but he didn't informed me my room number. There are 3 levels with 5 or 6 rooms , so I have to try the code on each of the room key safe box!!this is ridiculous! everything is fine once I got my room but I can heard someone tried to using the key safe box at 4 am!! 4 am!! How could this happened?when I was leaving the room at 10am, found out my key safe box was opened . I wrote a message to informed the owner my concern and informed them I just checked out. 10min later, I am not feeling too well and sent a message to informed them I will return back to stay in the room for a little bit longer. I was bumped into the domestic staffs who finishes the routine cleaning and she started getting very mad at me. She rang the owner and using the Google translate saying"it's your fault that u leave the key in the key safe box"! Emh...sorry, what do u mean my fault ?? We got a bit of communication issue and the way she shown is very rude, very unfriendly and unhelpful! When I told the lady that I need to find the reception and talk to someone, she was on the phone talking with the owner when I shown her the message. I can clearly heard the owner was laughing on the phone which you feel like he don't really bother. He did reply my message through email saying how can you not feeling safe because there was 8 CCTV cameras monitoring 24/7. Well....I am asking how could someone trying to access my key safe box at 4 am and my key safe box was opened!! I was returned to Limoges on 30Apr and choose to stay in a hotel room but avoid this accommodation again.

I booked a room at Villa Vlas in Limoges through Agoda, where the listing clearly stated that the room included air conditioning. Upon arrival, I discovered that the room only had a fan and no air conditioning, which was a significant inconvenience given the late check‑in time (5:00 PM) and the summer heat. The property later explained that Agoda is not their direct partner and that the information shown may not have been accurate. They offered me a 20% discount as compensation, which I accepted, but after my reply there was no further follow‑up from the property. Overall, the room itself was clean and as pictured, but travellers should be aware that the information on Agoda may not fully match the actual facilities. Double‑check with the property directly if air conditioning or other amenities are important to you.
