“We chose the resort for our honeymoon stay, and overall it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I truly loved the interior design and the overall ambience of the hotel. The dinner was delicious, and the restaurant staff were very kind and professional. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was fine, although personally it wasn’t quite to my taste. The room looked exactly like the photos on the website, which we appreciated. However, there were a few small details that could be improved. There was no bellman to assist us with our luggage from the taxi, and since the reception area is combined with the bar, we were initially unsure where to check in. The receptionist also did not approach us when we arrived with our luggage, which felt a bit unusual. We were also expecting at least one or two complimentary bottles of water in the room, or a kettle with tea or coffee. As we arrived as a couple, we found only one toothbrush provided. Additionally, the music playing outside the resort was quite loud until late at night. It became quieter once we closed all the doors, but that meant we couldn’t enjoy fresh air from the balcony. The bed was comfortable, but somehow neither of us had a particularly good night’s sleep. Despite these minor issues, we still had a lovely stay and would recommend the resort. We would love to return for our anniversary and hope to see some improvements in the future.”
