“One female staff member with dark hair and a cross necklace was very discriminatory, probably because we were foreigners. She made us feel very uncomfortable when we checked in and when we asked to buy drinks and snacks at the front desk that night, she said no and was very dismissive. I have stayed in over 20 hotels in Europe, including Germany, and this is the first time I have ever been treated like this. I don't think other employees are the same as her, but I wish they would do more to educate their employees.

“ if the price is moderate, great Breakfast ...a bit low space in the breakfast area.”

“Good Hotel with decent rooms. The Buffet Breakfast is not that great but their own menu is great. ”

“Close to train/ U-Bahn stop and really convenient for both city visits as well as outdoor activities. We opted for continental breakfast throughout the stay. It was something basic and overall they could organise better. As in other hotels in Germany, AC is Sci-Fi, so the room was equipped with a noisy fan.”

“Good”
