Fortunately, the staff were very helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Additionally, the zipper on my luggage was broken, and I couldn't find a padlock to secure it. The owner and staff were very kind and helpful, providing a cable tie as a temporary solution to secure my luggage. Overall, I appreciate the helpfulness and responsiveness of the owner and staff in addressing these issues.”
