“Not all facilities accessible without booking of a suite, which is not communicated until the lift does bot take you upstairs and staff are not clear on how to do upgrades. Shops and restaurant are good, but expensive in comparison to nearby locations outside of the hotel complex. Very quiet at night and a relaxing contrast to touristy places across the harbour.”

“Been here for the 3rd time, have been staying in Arthotel Ana Amber. The recent stay showed slight drop in standards,eg kettle is now not a standard item in the room, soap and face tissue in the toilet weren't topped up, and l saw toilet roll in the toilet bowl just to name a few. ”

“A very good hotel, especially for a one-night stay. The facilities are great, the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchenette was a nice extra. The only thing that could be improved is the feeling in the corridors. The long, white corridors feel a bit cold and empty, and they create a slightly uncomfortable atmosphere. Some warmer lighting or more decoration would make the hotel feel much more welcoming. Overall, a comfortable place with nice rooms and excellent facilities.”
