“My stay in the H4 borussia Moenchengladbach hotel was much better than expected. The layout and size was great, tea and coffee plus mini bar was a plus. The shower was great, maybe too good. I was disappointed to leave. Breakfast was tasty. Excellent italien restaurant just down the road ”

“I was there for some work purpose . Location was good . There was a good park near the hotel you can enjoy . Stuffs were good . ”

“Just don't do it, it was hell. At arrival, after many hours travelling and many cancelled trains, there was no way to get inside. I didn't know about any code to get in as I hadn't received any email about that. Panicking and needing to go to the toilet I called the number that was in the booking confirmation. Some woman answered and treated me like I was lying or something, rude and unbelievable cruel, she just let me stand on the street late at night promising to call back after she confirmed 'my story' (?!). I explained I am a paying customer and demand to get in now because I need the restroom. She never called back. I started emailing the hotel hoping someone would help me. Other guests saw me sitting on the sidewalk at the wrong entrance (apparently there are two, but this hotel is not good at directions, signs, instructions) and they offered to help me, they were leaving and gave their code to me so i could use the restroom in their room. Unfortunately the codes didn't work. Suddenly I am contacted by the hotel through whatsapp, after some stupid questions i got my codes and was able to enter. They even offered to cancel for free because I was upset, as if I had any place to go now in the middle of the night by myself, like seriously? As I entered the room I noticed loud noises outside my window. I thought it would get better later in the night. It didn't. I laid in the bed with earplugs in but still feeling the banging of the nightclubs next to me until like 05:00. I had specifically asked for a quiet room when booking and had no idea there would be clubs or parties close to my window as this was my first time in town. I am completely upset, shocked and traumatised by this situation, I have never been so disgusted with a hotel in my life. The hotel is also located on a freaking high hill you have to climb, never again.”
