“The hotel is only good for few days stay and only in summer.i stayed during autumn n the weather often below 5 to 10degC at night but almost no heating in the room.The heating system is poor.There is only a panel to adjust temperature to +1,+2,3 or -1,-2,-3.But u won't know the actual temperature.n the staff never told us hw to use it.The fan must be on to have the heater on.There is only cold air not hot air coming out.The room is cold,the bathroom is damn cold. Cold air also leaking in from the window.Hot water was not working for two times during shower!.Room is small.i stayed alone in superior double room n it is just nice.it would be squeezy for two person.”

“H+Hotel Lubeck is located next to the train station and about 100m from the bus terminal, so very handy to get around. Its easy to walk into the main old city of Lubeck also. The hotel was clean and inviting and staff were helpful. My only irk would be that whilst I stayed for 11 nights not once did housekeeping change my mugs/glasses or replenish the milk tubs for the coffee machine in the room, so 11 nights and only 3 tubs of milk. I can't fault anything else and would stay here again.”
